01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and CBTF ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, browsing, or using the CBTF platform — including any sports betting, slot games, live casino, or promotional features — you confirm that you accept these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus offers, sports betting, casino and slot games, and all communications between you and CBTF. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

CBTF reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any change, you should stop using the platform and withdraw any available balance.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

CBTF is an adult entertainment platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any feature of the platform. This applies without exception to all users regardless of location.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play.
• You must be the registered owner of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.
• You must not be using the platform on behalf of another person.
• You confirm that gambling is not prohibited for you under any applicable laws or regulations.
• You confirm that you are acting in a personal, non-commercial capacity.

CBTF may request proof of age documentation at any point. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended until documentation is provided. Any winnings accrued on an account later found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

To access betting markets, slot games, and any financial features of CBTF, you are required to register an account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate personal information including your name, contact details, and date of birth.

• You may only hold one account on CBTF. Duplicate registrations are prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• Any activity carried out under your account login is your responsibility.
• CBTF may ask you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or large transactions.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact CBTF support immediately. You should change your password without delay. CBTF will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure.

Account names must match the name on the payment method used. Attempting to register under a false identity or with another person's payment details will result in permanent account suspension and the forfeiture of all balances.

04 Deposits & PKR Payments

CBTF processes all transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage. Accepted deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and supported mobile wallets.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction in the cashier section.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — funding your CBTF account from someone else's payment method — are not permitted.
• CBTF does not charge a fee for standard PKR deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your CBTF balance within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions.
• Bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution.

If a deposit is not credited to your account within the expected timeframe, contact CBTF support with your transaction reference number and the amount. Do not attempt a second deposit before confirming the status of the first one.

05 Withdrawals

CBTF processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for depositing wherever technically possible. Withdrawals are paid in PKR with no deduction by CBTF. The amount you request is the amount that is transferred to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank account.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name.
• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before withdrawing.
• CBTF may request identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any large withdrawal.
• Same-day processing is available for mobile wallet withdrawals submitted within processing hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown in the cashier section of your account.

If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing time, contact support with your withdrawal request ID. CBTF will investigate and provide an update within 24 hours of your support request being raised.

06 Sports Betting Rules

CBTF offers sports betting markets across Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports, Tennis, and other disciplines. All bets are subject to the following general rules as well as any sport-specific rules published on the platform.

• Bets are confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation from the platform. Unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• Odds are subject to change until your bet is fully confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are shown before you place your bet.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. CBTF reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Cricket and PSL matches are settled based on official results from the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as applicable.
• Abandoned or postponed matches are settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error will be voided. CBTF will notify affected players and return the staked amount.
• Accumulator bets follow the standard parlay settlement rules. If one selection is voided, that leg is treated as a push and the accumulator continues with the remaining selections.

CBTF reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, or any irregular activity that compromises the integrity of the event. Bets placed using information not available to the general public at the time of placement may also be voided.

07 Slots & Casino Games

CBTF's slot games and live casino section operates using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital games. Live casino tables use real human dealers operating under standard casino rules. The outcome of all games is determined fairly and independently of any player action outside the game rules.

• All slot and casino games display their Return to Player (RTP) percentage in the game information section.
• Progressive jackpot slots operate under the specific rules published for that game title.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per spin or hand are displayed within each game.
• Disconnections during a live casino game are handled according to the disconnection policy for that game type. In most cases, an incomplete hand or spin will be resolved automatically.
• Malfunction or technical error during a game voids all play for that round. Stakes are returned.
• Bonus funds may be used in slots and casino games subject to the wagering restrictions stated in the applicable bonus terms.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

CBTF offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds promotions, and event-specific offers tied to PSL and other major cricket events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to these general bonus terms.

• Each player is eligible for a welcome bonus once. Duplicate account holders attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will have all bonus amounts cancelled and accounts closed.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements are stated in terms of a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (for example, 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus amount).
• Some games may contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus and associated winnings will be removed from your account when the bonus expires.
• CBTF reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time with notice to affected players where reasonably practicable.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering completion process.

09 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CBTF platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonus balances, and potential forfeiture of deposited funds pending investigation.

• Creating more than one account on the platform under any circumstances.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that places bets without direct human input.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in the platform's software or odds feed.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes in live casino games or betting markets.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their consent.
• Providing false personal information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Placing bets based on insider knowledge or information not publicly available at the time of betting.

CBTF employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity for unusual patterns. Where suspicious activity is detected, CBTF reserves the right to freeze account balances pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activity will not be eligible for any refund of deposits or reinstatement of forfeited bonuses.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

CBTF reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, or voluntary self-exclusion requested by the player.

• If your account is suspended due to a suspected violation, CBTF will conduct an internal review before making a final determination.
• During a suspension review, your balance will be frozen. You will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets.
• If the review finds no violation, your account will be reinstated and access restored without loss of balance.
• If a violation is confirmed, CBTF may permanently close the account and apply the sanctions appropriate to the violation type.
• Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting CBTF support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.

11 Privacy & Data

CBTF collects and processes personal information as necessary to operate the platform, verify player identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable requirements. The full details of how your data is collected, stored, and used are set out in CBTF's Privacy Policy.

• Your personal information is used only for account management, transaction processing, and platform operation.
• CBTF does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Payment data is processed using encrypted connections. CBTF does not store full card numbers on its servers.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data CBTF holds about you by contacting support.

12 Responsible Gaming

CBTF is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment experience. Sports betting and casino games are designed as entertainment — not as a way to earn an income or recover financial losses. It is important that every player sets clear personal limits and stays in control of their activity on the platform.

• Set a PKR budget before each session and do not exceed it regardless of outcomes.
• Never bet money that you cannot afford to lose or that is needed for essential expenses.
• Take regular breaks and avoid extended, uninterrupted sessions.
• Do not chase losses by placing larger bets to recover previous losses.
• Use CBTF's deposit limit and session limit tools, available in account settings, to keep your activity within a healthy range.

13 Changes to These Terms

CBTF may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date shown at the top. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Continued use of the CBTF platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a material change to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange withdrawal of any available balance.

For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, CBTF will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or an in-platform notification ahead of the changes taking effect.
