01 Introduction

CBTF ("we", "us", "the platform") is an online sports betting and gaming platform serving players in Pakistan. We offer cricket betting, PSL match markets, T20 and international cricket markets, Football, Esports, slot games, and live casino — all accessible through a single registered account funded in PKR.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from you when you register, deposit, place bets, withdraw winnings, or otherwise interact with the CBTF platform. It also explains how that information is stored, how it is used, when it may be shared, and what rights you have over your own data.

CBTF does not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significant outcomes for you based solely on profiling. Where automated tools assist with fraud detection, a human review is involved before any account is suspended or funds are withheld.

04 Payment Data & PKR Transactions

All transactions on CBTF are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We work with established payment providers — including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and standard bank transfer infrastructure — to handle deposits and withdrawals on your behalf.

• Full debit or credit card numbers are never stored on CBTF servers. Payment card data is processed through the payment gateway and only a tokenised reference is retained in our system.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa account numbers linked to your CBTF account are stored securely and used solely to process transactions you have authorised.
• Transaction records — including amounts, dates, and reference numbers — are retained for a minimum period to comply with financial record-keeping obligations. See Section 7 for the specific retention period.
• CBTF will never ask you to share your JazzCash PIN, Easypaisa PIN, or any banking password with our support team or any other party. If you receive such a request claiming to be from CBTF, treat it as fraudulent and contact us immediately.

05 Cookies & Tracking

CBTF uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep your session active, remember your preferences, and monitor platform performance. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the platform.

• Session cookies — keep you logged in while you are actively using the platform. These expire when you close your browser.
• Preference cookies — remember settings such as your preferred sports markets, notification preferences, and display options.
• Analytics cookies — help us understand which pages and features are most used, how long sessions last, and where players encounter issues. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
• Security cookies — used to detect suspicious activity, help prevent fraud, and enforce our one-account-per-player policy.

CBTF does not use third-party advertising cookies or retargeting pixels that would share your browsing behaviour with external ad networks. You can manage cookie settings through your browser at any time, though disabling session cookies will prevent you from staying logged in to your account.

06 Sharing Your Data

CBTF does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your information only in the limited circumstances described below, and only to the extent necessary for that specific purpose.

• Payment processors: Your name and payment account details are shared with JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or your bank as required to process your deposit or withdrawal. These parties process your data under their own privacy frameworks.
• Identity verification providers: Where a third-party KYC (Know Your Customer) service is used to verify your CNIC or identity documents, your verification data is shared with that provider under a data processing agreement.
• Technology service providers: CBTF uses software providers for hosting, analytics, and customer support tooling. These providers access your data only to deliver services to CBTF and are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and regulatory requirements: We may disclose personal data if required to do so by a valid legal process, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CBTF or its players.
• Fraud prevention networks: In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or account abuse, we may share relevant account and transaction data with fraud prevention services or financial crime investigators.

In all cases where data is shared, CBTF takes reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles your data with an equivalent level of care and uses it only for the purpose for which it was shared.

07 Data Retention

CBTF retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required for legitimate business and legal purposes. Specific retention periods are as follows.

• Account registration data is retained for the life of your account and for a minimum of five years after account closure to satisfy financial record-keeping obligations.
• PKR transaction records — deposits, withdrawals, and betting history — are retained for a minimum of five years from the date of the transaction.
• Identity verification documents (CNIC copies) are retained for the duration necessary to satisfy verification requirements and are securely deleted thereafter.
• Customer support communications are retained for three years from the date of the last interaction.
• Technical log data (IP addresses, session logs) is retained for up to twelve months and then deleted or anonymised.

If you request account closure, CBTF will stop using your data for any active purpose. However, records required for legal, financial, or compliance reasons will be retained for the applicable period before deletion. You will be notified of the expected retention period when you submit a closure request.

08 Your Rights

As a CBTF player, you have certain rights in relation to the personal data we hold about you. CBTF is committed to honouring these rights in a timely and straightforward manner.

• Right of access: You can request a copy of all personal data CBTF holds about you. We will provide this within a reasonable timeframe after verifying your identity.
• Right to correction: If any personal information held on your account is inaccurate or outdated, you have the right to request that it be corrected. You can update some details directly in your account settings.
• Right to deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data. We will action this where we are not legally required to retain it. Financial transaction records must be retained for the mandatory period described in Section 7.
• Right to restrict processing: In certain circumstances, you can ask CBTF to restrict how we use your data while a request or complaint is being resolved.
• Right to withdraw consent: Where you have given consent for a specific use of your data — such as receiving promotional communications — you can withdraw that consent at any time.
• Right to data portability: You can request a copy of the data you have provided to CBTF in a structured, commonly used format.

09 Security Measures

• All connections to the CBTF platform are protected by SSL/TLS encryption, ensuring data transmitted between your device and our servers cannot be intercepted in readable form.
• Account passwords are stored using strong, one-way cryptographic hashing. CBTF staff cannot read your password — if you forget it, the only option is a reset, not a retrieval.
• Access to databases containing personal and financial data is restricted to authorised CBTF personnel with a specific operational need. All such access is logged and reviewed.
• CBTF's infrastructure is monitored for unusual activity and known attack patterns. Security patches and updates are applied promptly to address identified vulnerabilities.
• Payment card data is processed via secure payment gateways. CBTF does not handle raw card data in a way that would make it available on our servers after transaction processing is complete.

While CBTF takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You also play an important role in keeping your account safe — use a strong, unique password, do not share your login credentials with anyone, and contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

10 Children & Minors

CBTF is an adult entertainment platform. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from anyone under the age of 18. Registration requires confirmation of age and, where necessary, documentary proof via CNIC or equivalent identification.

If CBTF discovers that an account has been registered by or is being used by a person under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all activity will be voided, and any deposited funds will be reviewed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
